9:48How it works
Hands busy? Start from the Watch.
Start the session
Tap Pump on your Watch or iPhone. The timer runs on your wrist so you can see it without reaching for your phone.
Record the output
When you're done, enter what the left and right side made, in ounces or milliliters.
Keep the log
Every session shows up in History and Trends, next to the feeds it supplies, and exports to CSV or PDF.
A pumping log without the spreadsheet.
The details you'd jot on a sticky note, kept somewhere you can find them.
Per‑side output
Separate left and right amounts, so you can see each side's output over time.
Session timing
Start and stop times, and how long each side ran.
Your units
Fluid ounces or milliliters, whichever is printed on your bottles.
Next to feeds
Pumping sessions sit in the same timeline as bottles and breastfeeds, so the whole day reads in one place.
Trends
Session counts and totals across the week, without building a spreadsheet.
Export anytime
CSV for your own analysis, PDF to share, or a full backup.
Why track pumping sessions
Pumping is a schedule of its own, often squeezed around feeds, work and sleep. A pumping tracker shows when you last pumped and what each session produced, without you having to remember any of it.
Dobbin doesn't set targets or judge output. It keeps an accurate pumping log you can look back on, and share with a lactation consultant if you choose to.
